With this offer you have full freedom. Your Reservation valid until 18:00 on the day of arrival and becomes then cancelled automatically and completely free of chargeIf you have not arrived by then, you have full flexibility. You therefore have full flexibility should something come up and you are unable to travel. There are No costs for you in case of no-show . However, if you arrive after 06:00 pm, your entitlement to the booked room will also expire.
If your plans change in the course of time and you know that you will definitely not be arriving, we would be very pleased if you could contact our central reservation team briefly. by e-mail or Phone Then we can cancel your reservation directly and put the room back on sale.

No problem! Contact us as soon as you know that you will not be able to arrive by 06:00 pm. We can then convert your reservation into a guaranteed reservation and keep your room for you even after 6 pm.
A credit card is then required to guarantee the booking. If you do not have a credit card, you can also use an online payment system that we support. Our central reservation team will send you an email with a payment link through which you can pay a 100% deposit.
As soon as you have converted your reservation into a guaranteed booking by entering your credit card details or your deposit, it can no longer be canceled free of charge and our general cancellation conditions apply.
