Did you book through a third party such as HRS, Expedia or Booking?
Then please contact the contact from your reservation confirmation directly.

Did you book directly through our homepage?
Use the following buttons to go to the respective page and edit your booking on our homepage. Enter your booking number and your email address in the form. You will then receive a cancellation or change confirmation via email.
You always get the best price on our homepage. Exclusive homepage offers can be up to 20% cheaper than the current daily rate.
Of course you can enter the hotel and your room at any time with your digital room key. However, the front office team is not on site in all hotels around the clock, for example to check you in personally. That depends on the opening times of your booked LINDEMANN HOTELS®. You can find the opening times here:

Our team is at the hotel around the clock.
Check-in is at all LINDEMANN HOTELS® from 03:00 pm
An early arrival is possible from 12:00 p.m. for a surcharge of 15.00 €. Please reserve this when you make your booking.
If you like, we will clean your room every day during your time in Berlin. Please have little sympathythat we cannot clean your room at a certain time.
If your room needs to be cleaned urgently in the morning, please inform either our housekeeping team on the floor or our team at the front office. Alternatively, you can send us a WhatsApp +493099404520
To save the environment, we do not change your towels every day. If you want your towels to be changed, just leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
Payment is generally made upon arrival. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and EC card (Maestro). Cash payment is also possible at any time.
For some promotions that you can book online, a 100% deposit is due at the time of booking. However, these offers are clearly marked. You will receive your invoice directly after check-out by mail or in your personal WebApp for download.
Check-out in all LINDEMANN HOTELS® is by 11:00 am.
A late departure is possible until 02:00 pm for an additional charge of 15.00€. Please reserve this when you make your booking or let our front office team know when you check-in.

…WLAN?
Yes. There is free WiFi in all LINDEMANN HOTELS®. Simply log into the respective hotel WLAN (CALMA Berlin Mitte | WLAN, LINDEMANN’S | WLAN, Anna 1908 | WLAN, fjord hotel berlin | WLAN).
… a hair dryer?
Yes. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer (up to 1800 watts).
… iron and ironing board?
No. Our colleagues from the front office will be happy to do the ironing for you. This costs 2.50€ per item of clothing and can be done at any time during opening hours.
…a washing machine?
No, but we cooperate with a cleaning service. Hand in your laundry to be cleaned at the front office by 10:00 am and you will receive it back cleaned on the same day. You can find the price list in your room.
…a microwave?
No.
… a safe?
All rooms in the LINDEMANN HOTELS® are equipped with a safe.
… a minibar?
Our houses LINDEMANN’S, fjord hotel berlin and Anna 1908 are equipped with a minibar (except in Anna 1908’s Mini room type). At CALMA Berlin Mitte there is a snack bar in the rooms.
… bed linen for allergy sufferers?
Yes. All beds are equipped with bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers as standard. If you would like an extra pillow, let our colleagues on site know so that they can take this into account.
… disabled-friendly facility?
There are no handicapped-friendly rooms at Anna 1908. In the other LINDEMANN HOTELS®, some of our rooms are handicapped-friendly, depending on the house. Please contact us in advance so that we can advise you which of our houses is best suited.
CALMA Berlin Mitte
Adjacent to our lobby and breakfast area you will find a terrace in the inner courtyard with a chic, self-made seating area. Comfortable pillows and lots of green plants create a chilled lounge atmosphere for eating, reading or simply relaxing.
Anna 1908
We have two types of rooms with balconies. On the one hand, our Fine with a balcony and, on the other hand, the Cozy with a balcony. In addition, two of the Second Home apartments have a balcony or a french balcony. When reserving a second home, you are welcome to specify your wish for a balcony and we will try to take this into account. But we cannot guarantee it.
We also open our cute terrace in front of the house from spring to autumn, where you can start your day with breakfast or relax in the evening.

In addition to our large terrace on the ground floor, we also have two very special rooms on the 7th floor. On the one hand, this is our LØVLY BÅTH with its free-standing bathtub and a small terrace with a cozy seating area. Number two is appropriately called LØVLY BLICK and impresses with a huge roof terrace on which a large daybed invites you to relax and gaze at the stars.
LINDEMANN’S
Two of our room types have their own small outdoor areas. On the one hand there is our Urban Roof and also our Urban Bath, which in addition to its small terrace also boasts a free-standing bathtub in the room.
Luggage storage:
Before and after your stay with us, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge.
Order service for little things:
You can easily order flowers for your sweetheart or a bottle of champagne via WhatsApp.
Taxi:
Our colleagues will be happy to order you a cab. Do you need it immediately or at a specific time? Both are possible.
As a parent, you of course know best what your little ones need. However, there are a few things that you can just leave at home.
We have prepared a cot and a baby bathtub in the room for your child. So that your little one can move around the room safely and freely, we have also equipped all sockets that are accessible to small children with child safety devices.
In the morning, a high chair is available for breakfast in the breakfast area and if you want hot water for preparing porridge or tea, you can simply speak to our team at the front office, then you can take a thermos with hot water to your room.
Yes. We offer a personalized booking code for company and regular guests. You get a 5% discount on our current daily price.

Unfortunately, no. Dogs / pets are not allowed in any of the LINDEMANN HOTELS®.
Your data is safe with us, because we work in compliance with data protection regulations. In order to be able to really guarantee this, we have a certified data protection officer with a focus on the hotel industry, who is at our side with advice and action so that your data is safe.
