Are there opening times that I have to consider?

With your key/key card you have access to your room and the hotel at any time. However, the Front Office team is not on duty at all hotels around the clock to check-in personally. That depends on the opening hours of your LINDEMANN HOTELS®. Here you can find the opening times:

When can I go to my room?

Check-in is in all LINDEMANN HOTELS® from 3:00 pm.
An early check-in is possible from 12:00 pm for a surcharge of 15,00€. Please book this directly with the reservation.
If you arrive after 10:30 pm, please contact us in advance.

When do I pay and which means of payment are accepted?

The payment is always on arrival. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and debit card (Maestro). In addition, cash payment is possible at any time.
For some promotions that you can book online, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. You will receive your invoice directly on site at check-in. These offers are however well marked.

Until when can I use my room?

Check-out is in all LINDEMANN HOTELS® until 11:00 am.
A late departure is possible until 2:00 pm for a surcharge of 15,00€. Please book this at the time of booking or contact our Front Office team at check-in.
Please also speak with our team, if you should check-out before 6:30 am.

Where can I park?

We do not have our own parking. Here you will find out where you can park.

Anna 1908

We have parking in the yard for 12,00€/day and parking spaces in our underground garage for 10,00€/day. For the parking garage you need a key, which you can pick up from our colleagues at the front office, before you drive into. Since we only have a limited number of parking spaces, a reservation before your arrival is advisable. Please also note that the garage driveway is relatively narrow and the maximum clearance height is 1.80 m.

Book before arrival your outdoor parking space or one in the underground garage (each 15,00€/day). For the parking garage you need a key, which you can pick up from our colleagues at the front office, before you drive into. Since we only have a limited number of parking spaces, a reservation before your arrival is advisable. Please also note that the garage driveway is relatively narrow and the maximum clearance height is 2.00 m.

LINDEMANN’S

From 01.03.2019 a residential building will be built next door, which is why we can only provide you with a few parking spaces for 15.00€/day in the period of the construction. Read more here!

A little tip: You can only book your parking space in advance via our homepage or via direct contact to our central reservation. Otherwise, the rule applies directly on site: First come, first served. So prefer to book exclusively in advance via LINDEMANN HOTELS® and be on the safe side!

Do I have to book breakfast in advance?

No. You can also decide on the spot whether you want to have breakfast. However, when you book on our website, you benefit from reduced online prices if you choose breakfast while booking.

The following prices apply at fjord hotel berlin & LINDEMANN’S:

Breakfast costs 16.60€ per day for adults
Breakfast costs 8.00€ per day for 8 to 13 year olds
Breakfast costs 4.00€ per day for 4 to 7 year olds
All children under the age of 4 eat breakfast free of charge.

We reward pre-registrations (online or by phone) for breakfast with a reduced price of 15.20€.

Is there a vegan, gluten- and lactose-free breakfast?

In all the hotels you can find vegan, gluten- and lactose-free products on the buffet or just talk to our team directly from the service, they will tell you exactly which products are suitable for you on the buffet.

By default, the following products are available in all LINDEMANN HOTELS®:

  • Lactose-free: margarine, milk, red smear cheese
  • Gluten-free: cereals, bread rolls
  • Vegan: soy milk, (soy yoghurt in CALMA Berlin Mitte)

Is there in my hotel room…

…WiFi?
Yes. There is free Wi-Fi in all LINDEMANN HOTELS®. Simply log in to the respective hotel WiFi (CALMA Berlin Mitte | WLAN, LINDEMANN’S | WLAN, Anna 1908 | WLAN, fjord hotel berlin | WLAN).

…a hairdryer?
Yes. All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer (up to 1800 watts).

…an iron and ironing board?
No. Our colleagues from the Front Office are happy to take over the ironing for you. This costs 2.50€ per garment and can be done at any time during opening hours.

…a washing machine?
No, but we cooperate with a cleaning service. Hand over your laundry to be cleaned by 10:00 am at the Front Office and you will receive it back cleaned the same day. You will find the price list in your room.

…a microwave?
No.

…a safe?
All rooms in the LINDEMANN HOTELS® are equipped with a safe.

…a minibar?
Our houses LINDEMANN’S and Anna 1908 are equipped with a minibar (except in the room type Mini of the Anna 1908). In the CALMA Berlin Mitte and fjord hotel berlin there is a snackbar in the rooms.

…allergy-friendly bedding?
Yes. All beds are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen as standard. If you want an extra pillow, let our local colleagues know so they can take that into account.

…disabled-friendly facility?
In the Anna 1908 there are no disabled-friendly rooms. Depending on the hotel, some of the other LINDEMANN HOTELS® rooms have disabled-friendly facilities. Please contact us in advance, so that we can advise you which of our houses is best suited.

Is there a balcony/terrace/roof terrace?

We have a beautiful wooden terrace with cosy cushions and green planting in the courtyard, where you can relax.

Anna 1908

We have two room types with balcony. On the one hand, our Small and Fine with Balcony and on the other Our Cosy Room with Balcony. We also have two Apartments. One also has a balcony, the other only a French balcony, but a bathtub. For the Apartments, you can only specify your preference for a reservation and we try to implement this for you, but we cannot guarantee that.

We also have a cosy terrace in front of the hotel from spring to autumn, where you can end your day or start with breakfast.

Apart from our terrace on the ground floor, we also have two very special rooms that deserve their own room type. Both rooms are located on the 7th floor and have their own private and not publicly accessible roof terrace.
On the one hand, there is Our Bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a smaller roof terrace with a cosy sitting area.
On the other hand, Our Favourite Place with a large roof terrace and a grand daybed to relax, but there is only a shower in the room.

LINDEMANN’S

We have two room types with terrace. On the one hand our Urban Rooftop and on the other hand our Urban Rooftop with Bathtub. Decide for yourself whether you want to treat yourself to the terrace and the bathtub or just the terrace during your stay.

What service does the Front Office team offer?

Luggage storage:
Before and after your stay you can leave your luggage free of charge with us. Please note the respective opening hours of your hotel.

Sale of tickets for public transport:
We sell the most popular tickets as well as the Berlin Welcome Card.

Bits & bobs:
A floral bouquet for your loved one, a bottle of sparkling wine, a colourful fruit basket or public transport tickets you can book directly at your reservation.

Taxi:
Our colleagues like to order a taxi for you. Do you need it immediately or at a certain time? Both is possible.

What else should I bring for my little ones?

Of course, as a parent, you know best what your little ones need. However, there are a few things you can just leave at home.

We have prepared for your child a baby cot and a baby bath in the room. So that your little offspring can move safely and freely in the room, we have also equipped all accessible to infants outlets with a child safety device.

In the morning, a highchair is available for breakfast in the breakfast area and if you want hot water for making porridge or tea, you can simply contact our team at the Front Office, then you can take a thermos of hot water to your room.

Is there a bar?

In the CALMA Berlin Mitte and in the Anna 1908 there is no bar.
At the fjord hotel berlin you can enjoy your after-work drink in the bar until 10:00 pm and at LINDEMANN’S the bar is open even around the clock.

Do you offer discounts for regular guests or corporate guests?

Yes. For corporate and regular guests we offer a personalised booking code. You get 5% discount on our current daily rate.
